Meet Lindsay

M.Ed | BCBA | Licensed Behavior Specialist | 20+ Years in Education

SpecAbilities was founded by Lindsay Weiner, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and special education expert with more than 20 years of experience supporting neurodiverse individuals across education and the workplace.

Her work focuses on helping families support learning, build independence, and prepare young people for meaningful employment and adult life.

She partners with organizations to build inclusive workplace systems, strengthen team performance, and create environments where neurodiverse employees thrive.
