Neurodiversity & Transition Consultant | M.Ed | BCBA | Licensed Behavior Specialist

Lindsay Weiner founded SpecAbilities with a simple belief: neurodiverse individuals deserve the same opportunities for college, careers, independence, and meaningful adult lives as anyone else.

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), special educator, and consultant with more than 20 years of experience, Lindsay helps students and families prepare for life beyond school while helping employers build workplaces where neurodiverse talent can thrive.

Her approach is practical, personalized, and rooted in real-world experience. She focuses on creating clear strategies, building confidence, and helping individuals and organizations achieve meaningful, lasting success.
